Stringent Regulations lead to Private Education Shakeup! 16 July 2011

Over 600 Private Education Schools have closed, triggered by stringent quality standards required by the Private Education Act. Only 328 schools remain, down from the estimated 1000 plus in December 2009. However, student enrolment has gone up.
